Spearhead end-to-end processes from product design to certification and lead solution development.挖掘市場需求，依據公司產品特點進行SVG、PQF等產品的拓撲架構設計、測試平臺搭建及量產轉化，主導產品從設計到認證的全流程以及解決方案的開發。2.Develop industry solutions and provide professional technical support to customers.基于提供的行業解決方案，為客戶提供專業的技術支持。3.Participate in standardization activities, not limited to national, industry, local, group and other standards.參與電能質量產品標準化活動，不限于國家、行業、地方、團體等標準。4.Able to implement and organize internal and external training and NPI實施并組織內、外部培訓及新產品導入。IV – 崗位要求Qualifications & Requirements教育背景Education ****Master’s degree or above, major in high voltage, lightning protection or electrical related.碩士及以上學歷，電力電子與電力傳動、電氣工程、控制工程等相關專業。工作經驗Working Experience+10 years of experience in the power electronics industry, with a **** in power quality management products, high-power converter design, or energy storage/PCS system development.Mastery of various converter topologies (e.g., Type I/T-Type three-level, LLC, DAB), including: Component ****ion, Thermal design, Magnetic circuit design, EMC/safety compliance design. Familiar with power device characteristics (e.g., IGBT, SiC MOSFET) and industry trends. Command of core algorithms including SPWM/SVPWM and PID control.10年以上電力電子行業經驗，具備電能質量治理產品、大功率變換器設計或儲能/PCS系統開發背景，精通各類變換器拓撲（如I型/T型三電平、LLC、DAB等），掌握器件選型、熱設計、磁路設計及EMC/安規設計，熟悉IGBT、SiC Mosfet等功率器件特性及行業動態, 掌握SPWM/SVPWM、PID控制等核心算法。崗位知識/技能Position Knowledge/Skills1.Candidates should possess in-depth knowledge of high/low-voltage power distribution systems for grid and industrial applications, with expertise in electrical principles and system design for SVG cabinets and filter cabinets (e.g., harmonic suppression, voltage sag protection). 熟悉電網、工業用戶的高低壓供配電系統及供電原理，熟悉SVG柜、濾波柜等產品的電氣原理和方案設計（如諧波抑制、電壓暫降防護）。2.Project management experience proved by a certificate of Worldwide company or PMP 具有認證的項目管理經驗，比如PMP3.Candidates with EMC design and certification experience will be prioritized, especially those possessing proven expertise in tackling core technologies for new-type power systems, digital grids, or energy storage systems.具備產品EMC設計與認證經驗，有新型電力系統、數字電網或儲能系統關鍵技術攻關經歷者優先語言能力Language Skills英語流利Ability to communicate in English, both written and oral.其他OthersGood interpersonal and communication skills良好的人際溝通能力Good teamwork spirit and willing to contribute to the team’s success良好的團隊精神Capable of managing changes and multi-tasks during the developmentPhase應變能力，承受多任務工作壓力的能力To adapt to business trip適應出差
