SAP實施顧問-PP方向工作職責:Project work in the context of the global implementation of the named SAP modules and other future projectsStandardization, harmonization, and integration of these modules worldwideTechnical management of the named SAP modules (application owner)Professional advice on existing and new business requirements,Innovations, automation, and digitization potentialProcessing and resolution of faults (incidents) in SAP operationsCoordination and implementation of software adaptations within projects or change requests.- Needs assessment and advice- Process optimization- Creation / customization of reports and forms- Performing CustomizingManagement and quality assurance of external service providers and developersTraining process managers and key usersCreation / update of IT documentation在指定SAP模塊全球實施及其他未來項目背景下的項目工作這些模塊在全球范圍內的標準化、協調與整合指定SAP模塊的技術管理(應用負責人)針對現有及新業務需求的專業建議,創新、自動化與數字化潛力SAP運維故障(事件)的處理與解決在項目或變更請求中協調并實施軟件適配工作。需求評估與建議流程優化報告與表單的創建/定制執行自定義設置外部服務提供商及開發者的管理與質量保障培訓流程管理者與關鍵用戶IT文檔的創建/更新招聘要求:Bachelor and above in Info Mgmt, Computer, Automation relatd 3-7 years relevant work experience, at least one complete project within PP moduleFamiliar SAP S/4HANA architecture and PP standard processes, Have electronic manufacturing industry ****Know interfaces between MES/MOM and SAPAble to independently conduct business requirements analysis, streamline process logic, and design solutions.Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of collaborating with various departments such as workshop, planning, procurement, and quality.Structured thinking, strong self-motivation, and a well-rounded ability to combine the rapid learning of a consultant with the long-term accumulation typical of an in-house role.Strong execution and ability to ensure complete resolution of issues.Currently working as an SAP PP Consultant at a consulting firm with solid project experience, seeking to move to an in?house role to focus on long-term process optimization and system development.Familiar with end?to?end processes in manufacturing enterprises and willing to dive deep into frontline operations to solve real business pain points.Interested in digitalization and ERP–MES integration projects, with a clear long?term career plan.English CET-4信息管理、計算機、自動化或相關專業本科及以上學歷。3-7年相關工作經驗,至少有一個完整的SAP PP(生產計劃)模塊項目經驗。熟悉SAP S/4HANA架構和PP標準流程。具有電子制造行業背景。了解MES/MOM(制造執行系統/制造運營管理)與SAP之間的接口。能獨立進行業務需求分析、優化流程邏輯并設計解決方案。具有優秀的溝通和協調能力,能夠與車間、計劃、采購、質量等多個部門合作。具有結構化思維,強烈的自我驅動力,能夠結合顧問的快速學習和內部角色的長期積累。具有較強的執行力,能夠確保問題得到徹底解決。目前在咨詢公司擔任SAP PP顧問,具有扎實的項目經驗,希望轉向內部角色,專注于長期的流程優化和系統開發。熟悉制造企業的端到端流程,愿意深入一線運營解決實際業務痛點。對數字化和ERP-MES集成項目感興趣,并具有明確的長期職業規劃。英語CET-4水平。
