Responsibilities:工作職責：1.Solution BD(Gamma) will be responsible for Radiometric measuring business development in targeted Industries. The individual is expected to be an expert in related solutions.解決方案業務拓展經理（Gamma）將會負責放射線測量在目標行業的業務拓展，并目標成為相關解決方案的專家。2.Sales Orientation.銷售導向。3.Make and implement the solution business development planning for industry focused to capture industry trends and complete company established sales target(SSK Oriented).制定和實施行業相關的解決方案業務發展計劃，以捕捉行業趨勢和完成公司制定的銷售目標(SSK維度)。4.Integrate resources and build good customer relationship, make the win strategy and promote solution to targeted industries/customers. 整合資源并建立良好的客戶關系，制定贏標策略，并向目標行業/客戶推廣解決方案。5.Managing pipeline(incl. Win/Lost Analysis) and make a reasonable rolling forecast for solution.管理解決方案業務的項目pipeline（包括贏失分析），并做合理的滾動式預測。6.Identify the qualified opportunities. Make the competitive proposals collaborated with acquisition support team.識別有效的業務機會，并與售前支持團隊合作，制作有競爭力的方案。7.Synergy with sales for project pursuit.與銷售合作，追蹤贏取項目。8.Team working with PC, Corporate Solution，sales/solution/marketing and related department in SC China.與生產廠、集團Solution和中國銷售中心的銷售部/解決方案部/市場部等相關部門，緊密合作。9.Complete other jobs assigned by higher level manager.完成上級經理交待的其它工作Requirement:工作要求：1.Bachelor degree or above, major in automation, instrumentation, electrical, or others related to Radiometric measuring. 本科以上學歷，自動化、儀表、電氣，或放射線測量相關專業2.Minimum 5 years’working experience. Minimum 2 years’project sales experience in related area or O&G/Chemical is preferred.5年以上工作經驗，有至少2年相關領域或油氣化工行業的項目銷售經驗者優先3.Strong structured & analytic approach to analyze status, propose measures, implement and follow-up.具備條理性的系統化分析能力：剖析現狀，提出措施，實施與跟進4.Good communication，presentation and self-learning skills.良好的溝通、演講和自學能力5.Customer and result oriented.有責任心，積極主動的工作態度6.Passion for challenge and enjoy promoting business.熱愛挑戰，享受推動業務7.Fluent English in listening, speaking, reading and writing is preferred.流利的英語聽說讀寫能力優先8.Be adaptable to frequent business trips.能適應頻繁的出差
