Job Responsibility:1.In specific projects, effectively collaborate with each department and utilize LTC processes and CBB resources to efficiently advance project bids and contract management, effectively support project award and risk control2.Assist the Inland CE in planning and decomposing business-wide goals, ensure the efficient and smooth operation of the Inland departments3.Focus on key business challenges or strategic requirements, assist Inland CE in advancing problem-solving and system solution construction4.Continuously summarize the LTC business model, solidify best practices, and improve the business baseline.Job Requirements: 1.Basic Skills: Excellent logical thinking and communication skills, preferably with a **** in engineering.2.Work Experience: 3+ years of project management experience, with independent management of engineering projects being a plus. A strong understanding of wind power or large-scale engineering, including transport, lifting, and on-site operations.3.Other:Fluent in both Chinese and English, experience working with cross-national teams ability to learn quickly.
