Position Summary:Responsible for overall warehouse daily operations management, leading the team to ensure efficient, accurate, and safe warehousing operations. Continuously improve warehouse management through digital transformation and ERP system optimization, achieving refined and intelligent warehouse management.Scope/Supervision and Inter****:Reports to Supplier Chain Manager, inter**** with various departments including VS, Quality, Accounting and Engineering etc.Job Responsibility:Safety & 5S Management:Ensure warehouse operations comply with safety regulations. Fully implement and maintain 5S management. Manage safe use and maintenance of warehouse equipment to ensure proper operation.Warehouse Operations Management: Develop and execute daily warehouse operation plans to ensure smooth receiving, storage, picking, and shipping processes Manage and ensure inventory accuracy.Digital & Electronic Improvement:Lead digital and electronic process optimization to reduce paper documentation and improve processing efficiency. Explore and implement new technology applications.ERP System Management:Proficient in ERP system operation to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.Team Management & Training:Responsible for daily team management, work arrangement, and performance ****uation of about 10-person team.Qualifications:College degree or above in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management or related field3+ years of warehouse management experience. Experience in successful implementation of warehouse digital improvement projects preferredProficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle etc.)Good communication skill and English in writing, speakingStrong improvement mindset and innovation capabilityExcellent leadership and team management skills
